The Buddh international circuit is all set to host India’s first F1 Grand Prix. The organizer Jaypee Sports International are claiming that 70% of the tickets have been sold out by now. And now they have revised the rates which would attract more people to experience the Grand Prix Live.
Jaypee as slashed the prices of the tickets to almost half for all the tickets of the race day i.e 30-OCT-2011. Earlier only the three day ticket was for sale in which you had to buy the three the day package ticket no matter what. But now you can buy also the buy the race day only ticket. The prices of three day ticket will remain the same only the people who would be buying the race day tickets will get a 50% off.
This offer is available on grandstand, classic stand and picnic stand. So now the grand stand ticket which was available for Rs. 35,000 can be bought for Rs. 15,000 only. And now the cheapest ticket available is, for Rs. 3,000 for picnic stand north. Earlier the cheapest ticket was of Rs,2500(3-day-ticket) which was sold out in just three days of the commencement of the booking .
The tickets are available on Bookmyshow.com and the offer will last till the tickets are sold out. Please make sure you buy the tickets from authorized outlets only. But one thing which is really annoying is that you have to 1st collect your tickets from a venue in Noida and then you will be allowed to enter the racing venue. If the tickets are to be collected buy us from somewhere else than the venue then why are they charging us a convenience fee.
This is a 5.14 km circuit and is being considered one of the best in the world. Being the first F1 Grand Prix in India a large population is excited about it. Hope we can see more of these sporting event such as Moto GP in near future in India.
