Amazon’s Kindle Fire has come a long way from just being an eBook reader. The latest example being the Kindle Fire. The device is so overwhelming that its being compared by the best tablet in the market, the Apple iPad2. Recently Amazon published a comparison chart of Kindle Fire and Apple iPad 2.
Here is the comparison by Amazon.
Since the chart is prepared by Amazon, they skipped some of the key features which Apple iPad 2 has but Kindle Fire doesn’t, such 3G connectivity, Cameras and microphone. That means you can’t browse internet on the go with Kindle Fire, no audio/video recording and no video conferencing as well.
But on the other hand if you see the price difference between the two which is almost $300 since Kindle Fire costs $199 and Apple iPad 2 costs $499(depending on the area from which you buy) Kindle Fire is a complete winner. In just $199 Kindle Fire is a very nice deal.
So what do you think? What will you choose Kindle Fire or Apple iPad 2 and why?

I think the Kindle Fire is a great deal. I have one myself.
It does as much as most people need it to do.
On the other hand, if you’re giving someone a gift, and they asked for an iPad, a Kindle Fire may not do. It depends on what they use it for. That extra $300 definitely gets you a bigger app store, more memory, and a camera, to name a few things.
