Now with Google Art Project you can experience a  virtual tour of almost all the famous art museums around globe.  Museums like the Tate Modern, London or Palace of Versailles near Paris are now at a just a click of a button away.

Today I spent my whole afternoon browsing through the art museum on Google Art Project. The high resolution views of the museum and the art works leaves your mouth wide open. You can navigate around the museum just like in Google maps. A high speed broadband internet connection is what you need to experience the great creation.

You can toggle view the great works of art randomly as a slide show or visit each museum and zoom in to every corner you like. This website will make you fall in love with the great artists around the world. No one could have imagined ever that we can visit places like museums virtually online in the comforts of our home without spending a penny on the travel expenses and accommodation. It is just like walking in to a museum if you can manage a wide screen like a projector room.
