You’ve rounded up a great collection of Google Adsense alternatives here. You should have added Clicksor and AdBrite. Or do you have any bad experiences with these that’s why you didn’t include them?
Anyway, I believe that the best way to earn from ads is to display lesser of them. With all these promising ways to acquire cash, newbie bloggers tend to use every one of them and slap it all over their blog not knowing that it does nothing but freak visitors out.

Didn’t had a very good experience with clicksor and adbrite thats why skipped those.
i would prefer Buy&Sell ads but getting approval is very difficult..
