The new iPad got a great response from the consumers as it sold a astonishing 3 million units in just three days of its launch. It is similar to the previous iPad that is the iPad2 as far as the looks are concerned but hardware specifications is something which sets it apart from its previous version. But as the users starting using it, the apple’s official support forum was flooded with problems.
Problems in the new iPad
Overheating issues
The misery started with the over heating issue. Users complained that after half an hour of usage the device starts overheating without even connecting to the internet. And when it was connected to a cellular network the problem got worse. Also using the device while charging also lead to over hearting.
Longer charging period
Some people have reported that it takes about six hours for a full charge. But it might be because it is more powerful than its previous versions and has a great battery backup.
Wi-Fi Trouble
The New iPad is also facing issues related to weak Wi-Fi connectivity. This lead to an unsteady connection which eventually annoys the consumer. Well this is not the first time that the Apple devices are facing this issue, the first iPad, iPhone 4S also faced similar issues but they were resolved with an official update.
There nothing new in this since many great gadgets face similar problems after there launch and they are also fixed with official updates by the company. But the question is that why Apple didn’t test the device before its launch so as give the consumers a flawless experience. Was Apple fell short on time for testing the new iPad or it doesn’t care anymore since it has kind of a monopoly in the market.
